CSIC partnered up with Revive Health back in May 2019 and are now both based out of a purpose built facility within a 5 minute drive of the City centre. Unlike clinics within the City centre we have free parking curtisy of ASDA (3 hours free).The clinic is situated in Village Square which is a parade of shops opposite the entrance to the supermarket with bus stops nearby.
Chelmsford Sports Injury Clinic is open Monday-Saturday, Morning through to evening to cater for everyone and any work pattern.

NB: On your first appointment please bring any relevant reports and letters. Please be suitably dressed for treatment e.g. wear shorts for a leg/ hip injury and a vest for a shoulder/ upper body injury.
